Tourism Bay of Plenty will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, any entries that are not received, or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.

By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by Tourism Bay of Plenty are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

Tourism Bay of Plenty reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time, for any reason, and without prior notification.

By entering this competition, you agree that you have the consent of any people who are clearly identifiable in your entry.

By entering this competition, you agree to be subscribed to our Sure to Make You Smile, No Place Like Home and Bay Bites e-Newsletter databases.

By entering, each entrant warrants that their entry is original and that their submission does not or will not infringe any third party's intellectual property.

Travel to and from the Bay of Plenty will be at the winner's cost. 

The winning packages include: 

  • Two nights accommodation at Tasman Holiday Parks - Pāpāmoa Beach (up to the value of $800 and subject to availability)
  • $200 dining voucher for Sugo in Tauranga
  • $250 Dolphin Seafaris voucher for their Winter Coastal Cruise experience (subject to availability)
  • $150 Mount Hot Pools voucher to go towards a massage, a family package, or whatever you choose!
  • A Matariki Ahunga Nui Feast Hamper from Manawa Honey filled with heaps of locally made goodies valued at over $350

Eligibility

The winner must be able to redeem the prize 3 months after winning. 

To be eligible for entry, participants must reside in New Zealand and be over 18 years of age.

The winner will be contacted in the first instance by Tourism Bay of Plenty. Any further correspondence will be between the winner and the operators.

You cannot be an employee of Tourism Bay of Plenty or a prize sponsor.
