Our wide range of art galleries are capable of hosting major touring exhibitions through to intimate displays of an individual artist’s work.

Tauranga Art Gallery is the epicentre of art in Te Moananui ā Toi ׀ Coastal Bay of Plenty in that it has a constant rotation of major national and international exhibitions to enjoy. Entry is by voluntary donation and you’ll be amazed at the depth of talent and artistry on display here.

The Incubator at Tauranga’s Historic Village on 17th Ave is another major hub. Many emerging artists are based here along with a dedicated space for solo exhibitions. It’s as far removed from a pretentious art gallery as it’s possible to get!

In the Eastern Bay of Plenty, a fabulous gallery can be found in Ohope that is full of artworks ranging from paintings to sculptural pieces. Items are quickly snapped up, ensuring there’s always something new to admire whenever you pop in.

Whatever small town you find yourself in, there’s sure to be a gallery to visit and browse at your leisure.
