TE ARA Ō WAIRĀKEI - PAPAMOA WATERWAYS
Explore a series of scenic pathways along the Papamoa stormwater reserve, connecting Pacific View Road to Parton Road. You can embark on a 6-kilometre one-way trail, or loop back via the scenic Papamoa Beach. If you fancy a coffee or snack on the way, make a stop at Fashion Island or Papamoa Plaza. The path is shared with cyclists and dog walkers with ample parking spots along the way. Every year around Matariki, the trail is illuminated with lighting installations to celebrate the nine stars in the constellation.
