What to expect: Our daily beginner surf lessons provide the perfect platform for you to learn surfing for the very first time. In a safe, fun & friendly learning environment you'll learn our unique pop-up method, functional stance, how to paddle (the right way), surf safety, and much more. An action-packed two hours of fun in the playful waves here in Mount Maunganui awaits, taught by some of New Zealand's best coaches: Tried & tested 'learn to surf' system, learn our unique pop-up method, learn how to paddle (the right way) and 100% no-pressure, zero judgment learning environment.

We're super close to central Mt Maunganui, about a 100 metres South of Leisure Island (Mount Main Beach).
Proximity to airport:
10 minute drive to Tauranga Airport.
Proximity to bus:
We're around a 1 minute drive or a 5 minute walk from our local coach terminal.
Parking:
Plenty of parking available (can get busy though in peak season, so allow a little time before your lesson start to get parked up).

Cancellation Policy:
Group lessons and Private lessons require 5 days notice for any refunds. Canceling within 5 days of booking – Mount Surf School may offer to reschedule your booked event at our discretion based on type of booking, costs incurred and future service availability
If notice of 5 days is given, Mount Surf School can reschedule for you at no cost, alternatively, 50% refund is issued
If 10 days or more notice of cancellation is given the House of Surf can reschedule for you at no cost.
