Free cancellation and full refund of deposit if requested in writing no later than 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the full stay. For bookings made for stays during the Summer peak season (Dec 20th and January 10th), Easter and Labour weekend, we have special cancellation policies.
