Harbour View Motel and Waterfront Apartments have a range of room types. from one absolute stunning deluxe waterfront apartment, to a stock standard motel room, and everything in between; being a large 3 bedroom family unit, superior 2 bedroom units with partial harbour views, to our popular studio units. Two of our units/apartments have private gardens. We have large covered communal courtyard for guest use, and plenty of off-street parking, with two trailer/large vehicle parks, along with free WIFI and kayak use. Centrally located, a 8 minute walk central Tauranga, and a three minute walk away from the lovely Memorial Park, with Mount Maunganui a 12 minute drive away, you can't beat us for location. The sunrises are spectacular.

Credit card guarantees and payment: To make a booking, we require valid Credit Card.
Payment will be taken/charged to the credit card provided for the total booking cost prior to your arrival, 48 hours in advance (once the booking is within the 48 hour no cancellation period), unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure your credit card has sufficient funds to cover this amount, as if a card is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and on sell your room.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
