Our Wildlife Tour to watch and swim with wild dolphins in the Bay of Plenty is a must on any bucket list. Our 6-hour boat tour departs daily (November to May) from Tauranga on our spacious catamaran, ideal for viewing and swimming.
Dolphin Seafaris is an ecotour operator and provider of wild dolphin swimming in the Bay. Our trips depart daily from Tauranga Bridge Marina during the summer months (November to May).
Our spacious high speed vessel is fully equipped for a fun, safe, comfortable, stable, family friendly tour. We have swim bars to give you the best in-water experience. Our common dolphins love to surf and play around the boat and our customers.
All the equipment for swimming is included as well as free hot drinks and light snacks. Each trip is exciting and different with a variety of marine mammals.
Only 2.5 hours from Auckland, 45 minutes from Rotorua and 35 minutes from Hobbiton.

Dolphin Seafaris offers a free return voucher if we were unable to find dolphins on the trip. The voucher is valid for 1 year, and is non refundable, non transferable. This return voucher is our way of saying thanks for choosing to see the dolphins in the wild. We also offer free hot drinks as well as light snack on all trips.
Cancellation Policy:
All our trips are weather dependent and may be cancelled if skipper decides sea conditions offshore are not conducive to our operation. Dolphin Seafaris has a 48 hour non-refundable cancellation policy. Minimum numbers apply to each trip. We require you contact us the night before to confirm numbers and weather conditions.
