A tutor demonstrates the basics of handbuilding and then proceeds to assist the participants where required to achieve their desired creation. the participants make, finese their creations and colour using underglaze. the Pottery Studio then dries, clear glazes and fires them making them permanent and food safe. Themes are provided for the standard workshops, but do not have to be adhered to. Themes include the making of cups, bowls, fairy houses, platters, ornaments, vases, jugs, and much more. For private groups, space and additional time can be made available for presentations and food, if required. Up to 55 people can be catered to in a workshop. Completion of the finished items takes around 2 to 3 weeks and can be posted if requested.

Terms and Conditions
Conditions:
Two hour workshop includes the tutor, clay, colourants, clear glazing and firing. Collection is at a later date and can be posted for an additional charge. 6pm workshop is wine and clay and includes a free glass or wine, orange juice or ginger beer. catering is not supplied but can be brought in by the group organiser.
Cancellation Policy:
Sole use requirements have a non-refundable cancellation fee of NZ$365 for cancellations made inside 7 days.
