You have a choice of 3 types of accommodation. Up a flight of stairs the private Apartment includes its own lounge and kitchenette plus 3 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms. There are 4 ground floor private bedrooms (each sleeping up to 4 people), with 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets in the Lodge sleeping quarters. Shared 4 bed dorm in the Lodge if required. The Lodge's fully equipped kitchen/dining area and TV lounge are in a separate building and make catering for groups a breeze. Outside a BBQ and a Pizza Oven are also available for guests to use - contact us for more details.There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in our laundry. Bookings - 2 weeks max duration. If you have any special requests, just let us know.

Conditions:
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No pets. No parties. Excessive drinking or drugs will not be tolerated.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival. Group bookings require minimum 1 week notice of cancellation.
