Join us for an interactive tour of our working distillery. You'll discover how gin is made, visit our garden (weather permitting) where we're growing many of our own botanicals, and sample some of the individual flavours we've distilled in our Flavour Lab. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour, and includes tastings of a selection of our flavoursome products. Matahui Distillery is located in the beautiful Bay of Plenty where we're surrounded by some of the most fertile land in New Zealand. We source our ingredients as locally as possible, and we're also growing some of our own botanicals using permaculture principles. We try to keep in harmony with nature, using no chemicals, and following a "garden to glass" philosophy of flavour.
