Guests are responsible for ensuring the property is kept in good order, and report any damage or breakages promptly.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation & Refunds
If a guest cancels a confirmed booking, refund entitlements depend on when the cancellation is made relative to the start date and Bachcare’s re-let policy.
If the property owner or Bachcare cancels a booking, the guest may be offered alternative accommodation or a refund of charges paid.
Breach & Cancellation
Bachcare or the owner may cancel a booking if the guest breaches these conditions - in which case refund entitlements are restricted.
