Set in a private valley surrounded by native bush and kiwifruit orchards, our spacious bell tent comfortably sleeps up to four adults and two children. Conditions:
Booking Confirmation: A minimum of 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your arrival. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your booking details. For stays within 30 days, full payment is required.
Payments via credit or debit card (VISA/Mastercard) : A 2.7% surcharge applies to domestic card payments and a 3.7% surcharge applies to international card payments.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposit: Your 20% deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another booking within a 12-month period if your stay is cancelled more than 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations or date changes within 7-30 days of arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost. Cancellations or date changes within 7 days of arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost. Date changes made more than 30 days prior to arrival are allowed without penalty.
