Breadhead was created in 2018 when our former business, Love Rosie Bakery, was bursting at the seams and Brent was sourdough obsessed and desperate for bread and pastry to receive the respect they deserve.
In 2025 Breadhead- The Gallery was opened, inside the Toi Tauranga Art Gallery. With the beautiful Masonic Park on the doorstep this is the perfect spot to pop in for a pastry or enjoy a coffee in the sunshine.
