From here, take in sweeping views of the ocean, port, and Mount Drury – the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee or evening unwind. The middle level is the heart of the home, featuring an open-plan kitchen and living area that flows out to an outdoor entertaining deck. With a small table and seating positioned to capture the ocean outlook, it’s ideal for relaxed meals or soaking up the coastal atmosphere. Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, along with access to the garage, clothesline, and outdoor shower – perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival.
A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival.
This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
