The view is the hero of the home. As you walk upstairs to the second story you'll be greeted with panoramic vistas of the Bay of Plenty coastline. A renovated open plan kitchen and dining area complement the spacious lounge. The master bedroom with a Californian king bed and a television is located on the top floor, as well as a small single room and main bathroom. Downstairs (entry level) is perfect for a kids zone, with two bedrooms with five beds split across them (one double, two, singles, two single bunk beds). A washing machine and extra fridge are also located downstairs as well as another full bathroom.

Payment Policy: Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (2.9% credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice.
Child Policy: The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
