The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedding includes a super king, a queen, a single with a trundler, and two king singles, plus a smaller short double that’s best suited to children rather than adults. One of the bedrooms opens out to the balcony, adding a great sense of space and fresh air. Location-wise, you’re just a short stroll to the beach and close to one of the Mount’s favourite local pockets - Hart Street. Known for its relaxed surf vibe, it’s where you’ll find a coffee caravan right across from the sand - an easy morning ritual. Nearby, you’ll also have access to New World, great local cafes, Fife Lane for long lunches or dinners, and the Mount Maunganui Skate Park.

Conditions:
Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival.
A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival.
This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
