As you arrive, the electric gate opens to reveal lush tropical landscaping, sculpted palms and a striking golden door, a unique design statement that sets the tone for everything that follows. Inside, the home opens up with floor-to-ceiling glass, a light-filled hallway that leads to the open-plan kitchen, living and dining spaces, where every detail has been thoughtfully curated.

Conditions:
Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival.
A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival.
This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
