With three separate living areas, there’s room for everyone to find their own rhythm. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area flow seamlessly onto a balcony with a BBQ - perfect for lingering over long breakfasts or curling up with a book as the waves roll in. There are two bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen bed and another with two single beds, along with the main bathroom. Downstairs, a separate studio with its own cosy living area and kitchenette offers a peaceful retreat. Step out onto the private balcony with your morning coffee and breathe in the ocean air.

Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival.
A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival.
This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
