This 3 bedroom, fully equipped, single level house is situated in Matua, one of the older suburbs of Tauranga. It has a beautiful garden and fully fenced swimming pool, and is great for relaxing after a hard day at the beach! It's a wonderful peaceful spot, great indoor / outdoor flow close to Ferguson Park, a cycle track, Cherrywood shopping centre with bar/ restaurant, 5 mins to supermarket and public transport to take you into Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and the beach.
Great place to stop by for a couple of days during your travels; also available for longer term rental for immigrants first landing in New Zealand and needing a place to stay while your belongings catch up with you.
